Eligibility for Returns
Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:
1. Broken or Faulty Items:
• If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact our live chat team within 48 hours of delivery.
• You must provide clear proof of the damage, including photographs of the item and its packaging.
2. Unwanted, Unopened Items:
• If you no longer want an item and it remains sealed and unused, you may return it.
• To initiate the return, message our live chat team within 14 days of receiving the item.
Exclusions
We do not accept returns or offer store credit for the following reasons:
• Dislike of a Product:
Due to the personal nature of beauty and skincare products, we cannot accept returns for items you do not like after use.
• Skin Reactions:
As every skin type is different, we highly recommend conducting a patch test before using any new product. We are not responsible for adverse reactions and do not accept returns for this reason.
Return Process

- Provide proof of eligibility (e.g., photos of the item or confirmation that it is unopened).
- Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on where to send the item.
- After we receive and inspect the item, store credit will be issued to your account.
Additional Notes
• Shipping Costs: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged or faulty.
• Timeframe for Store Credit: Store credit will be issued within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.
• Final Sale Items: Products marked as clearance or part of a limited-edition collection are final sale and not eligible for returns.

## Delivery & Lost/Stolen Parcel Policy
At Layla Honey Cosmetics, we aim to ensure all orders are packaged carefully and delivered safely to our customers. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details where applicable.
Please ensure all delivery information entered at checkout is correct, including your full address, postcode, and any safe place instructions. We cannot accept responsibility for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
Under UK consumer law, responsibility for goods remains with the seller until the order has been successfully delivered to the customer or to a safe place or recipient nominated by the customer. If a parcel is confirmed as delivered directly to the customer, a neighbour, safe place, reception desk, or other delivery location authorised by the customer, responsibility for the parcel passes to the customer upon delivery.
Layla Honey Cosmetics is not liable for parcels that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery where:
- A safe place has been selected or authorised by the customer;
- The parcel has been accepted by another person at the delivery address;
- Delivery confirmation and/or GPS tracking confirms successful delivery;
- The courier has followed the delivery instructions provided at checkout.
If your parcel appears to be missing, we recommend:
1. Checking all safe places around your property;
2. Checking with neighbours or household members;
3. Contacting the courier directly using your tracking number;
4. Allowing additional time for delayed scans or redelivery attempts.
Claims for missing parcels must be reported within 7 days of the marked delivery date. We reserve the right to investigate all claims with the courier before issuing any replacement or refund.
In situations where the courier is found to have delivered improperly or failed to follow delivery instructions, we will work with the customer and courier company to reach a fair resolution in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
